Yesterday my husband and I took a tour around the area, following the course of one of the battles of the U.S. Revolutionary War (the Battle of Brandywine).
This is not the first time we’ve explored a battlefield. However, I believe this might be the first time I found something other than shades of the past.

While there was much noise and confusion without, all was quiet and peaceful within.
